WoW Warrior Leveling 1-85 Guide

Wow we finally made it to part 6 of this lonnng WoW Cataclysm guide. This was written by Whyvette and teaches you how to quickly level up your WoW Warlock. It is definitely a great 1-85 WoW leveling guide.

TO DESTRUCTION WE GO!!! OR TO AFFLICTION!!!

Really you have two choices here and either tree is good in its own right. Destruction is the nuke+pet tree and Affliction is a dot+pet tree for this kind of thing. Instead of saying what to do, I'm just going to link the builds I like (there's a lot of wiggle room for building at this point so have fun)

Felguard/Destruction: http://www.wowhead.com/talent#IZIbrcourRdosrb

Felguard/Affliction: http://www.wowhead.com/talent#IRhrZIbrcourRdo (Siphon Life comes rather late in leveling, so substitute as you please)

DESTRUCTION
This is what you use until level 54: http://www.wowhead.com/talent#IZZIbMrofok:k  Note the glyph.  Grab the glyph.  Love the glyph (you will love this glyph).  In terms of going through the spec, you can really grab it in just about any order but I'd start with Improved Immolate.  Immolate is your go-to spell for any kind of Destruction bonus, so make it hit for more.

At level 10, you get Conflagrate and this sets up the "noob combo."  Attack with Immolate, then cast Shadowbolt and then immediately nail Conflagrate when SBolt is done casting.  Then pray the target dies because your Voidwalker cannot hold aggro over the noob combo.

If you’re looking for a WoW Cataclysm guide that’s an addon, I highly recommend you check out Zygor WoW leveling guide. It is in-game and automates your leveling path from 1 to 85.

Now that you're level 54 (and have Soul Fire) RESPEC to: http://www.wowhead.com/talent#IZZhrdfRbok:k  The respec has to happen in order to start working your way away from Shadow magic to Fire magic.  Having Soul Fire is more than enough to really make things hurt (think Immolate, sharded Soul Fire, and Conflagrate.  If they're not dead after this, something is horribly wrong!).

Level 55--Finish out Nether Protection and enjoy the fact that you're tankish against the right foe.

Level 56-61--Fire and Brimstone.  This is the prerequisite for Chaos Bolt and good in its own right.  Grab it up

Levels 62-65--Empowered Imp.  Enjoy those instant Soul Fires that don't cost a shard.  While I'm here, try the "noob combo."  Immolate first.  Then hit off an Incinerate and follow it up IMMEDIATELY with a Conflagrate.  I love this little combo and it fries things in both PvE and PvP.

Level 67--Bane of Havoc.  One of those lovelies that really pays off when the time is right.  It's like reverse Soul Link.

Level 69--Chaos Bolt.  Now do the combo with Chaos Bolt instead of Incinerate.  This will wind up saving your shards and when you have to redo them if you weave between CB and SB.  And if the noob combo doesn't work...you have a shard and Soul Burn or Shadowburn if you're out of shards.  You have a massively stacked deck in your favor at this point, so learn to use all of your tools (Immolate, CB, Incinerate, Conflag, Soul Burn, Shadowburn)

Levels 70-75.  Backlash.  Backtrack just a hair to pick up a good talent when it procs.  It will save your ass when things go bad after the noob combo + Shadowburn.

Levels 76-81--Dark Arts.  Let's give Impy there a little more love here.

Levels 82-83--Demonic Embrace.  More stamina is always good for us.

Levels 84-85--Improved Life Tap.  If you're all right mana-wise, get whatever you feel like, but I prefer getting more mana per tap.  This can also be swapped with Demonic Embrace if you so desire.

Yay! You’ve reached level 85 with the help of this WoW Cataclysm guide! Your warrior is now ready to participate in end game raiding or PvPs or pretty much whatever you want to do! If you want to level another alt, I highly recommend repeating the leveling process with an alt. Use Zygor guides- what I consider to be one of the top Cataclysm leveling guides.
